The “Super Freak”, Rick James (nee’ James Ambrose Johnson) died in Los Angeles on August 4, 2004 and was buried at the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Buffalo New York.
His current neighbor is the 13th President of the United States Millard Fillmore who kicked the bucket on March 4, 1874.
History has not been kind to Millard Fillmore.
Almost every time modern historians rank the U.S. presidents in order of greatness, Fillmore’s name appears near the bottom of the list. Even the White House’s official website calls him “uninspiring,” and in 1988 a Yale history professor quipped that “to discuss…Millard Fillmore is to overrate [him].”
